I had been delayed and didn't show up until the next day, but Lisa welcomed me and re-instatec my reservation. The following day, Twiggy was very cordial, and if ever I am in Troy again, this is where I will stay.

Breakfast choices were many and varied…..excellent! Everything was very fresh and the hot foods were hot! We had no complaints whatsoever.

The place was very quiet, in the halls and no door noise or people talking. The breakfast was great, good choices and plenty of things.

This was a very up-to-date clean well-maintained hotel. Very comfortable beds excellent customer service. Maddie at the front desk was awesome.

Everything was very clean and neat. The woman at the front desk was especially nice and helpful, although she mentioned she didn’t typically work at this location. She was amazing.
